Harrisburg is in Pennsylvania, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. Traffic in Harrisburg peaks on weekday mornings and afternoons, so allow extra time then. Addresses read from the street number up to the city, state abbreviation and five-digit ZIP code; the map link on this page shows the exact spot.

I honestly couldn't believe how incredible the pho is here, and the portions are massive! The restaurant itself is spacious, clean, and comfortable. Looking at the beautiful pictures decorating the walls, Iβm guessing the owners might be of Cambodian descent. On top of that, the staff was incredibly nice and provided great service. Everything we ordered was amazing: Pork Fresh Spring Rolls: Delicious, fresh, and very generously portioned. Bun Bo Hue: Loaded with plenty of beef and pork. The broth has a subtle sweetness from the pineapple used in the soup, but you can ask for extra shrimp paste on the side. Adding that completely elevated the flavorβit made the broth so rich, savory, and absolutely perfect! Vietnamese Coffee: Strong, bold, and perfectly concentrated. The total bill for everything came out to only $40! I was honestly shocked because living in Maryland, everything is significantly more expensive and the portions are much smaller. This place offers incredible value for money. It is absolutely worth the visit, and I highly recommend it!

Lemme tell you, as a native Californian, who grew up eating authentic all types of Asian foodβ> this place is the REAL DEAL. I had zero expectations from a place with a pan-Asian menu (usually they canβt even get one right), but they had me at FRESH, made-to-order spring rolls with WARM noodles that they had just boiled. Normally, spring rolls at other restaurants are just sitting around and are practically congealed but not this place. And WOW, the waiter told us his uncle boils the pho broth for over eight hours!!! If thatβs not a labor of love, I donβt know what is. I ordered the bun bo hue and loved it. I am sad itβs so far away from me, but 1,000,000,000 recommend!!!

Loved it! Wish I had more people with me so I could have tried more of the menu. I ordered the small pho dac biet and I couldn't even finish that! Really nice broth, very pure flavor, and the meat portion was also extremely generousn with multiple pieces of each cut. The homemade chili oil was also a treat, extremely well balanced and added a nice kick. They also had egg yolk soda, which is a sweet drink of egg yolk and condensed milk topped off with aeltzer, sweet and rich and creamy and something you don't see a lot. I'm not an expert on Vietnamese food but I lived in a Vietnamese neighborhood in Chicago for a year and this brought me right back to Argyle Street iykyk. Service was friendly and timely, the restaurant is spacious and clean, and I'm absolutely recommending it to all my friends.

Excellent food! The best egg rolls we had, those are homemade. Pho was superb, clear broth and tasty. The coffee with condensed milk was nicely balanced, not too bitter nor too sweet. No doubt why they are a straight 5 :)

I want to say this is the best PhΓ³ I've had in this central Pennsylvania area. The pho is very beefy and the portion is huge. The flavors are great, (I prefer a little more star anise and clove but that's me). Genuine flavor from a California family that resettled here. This is the kind of pho California was famous for back in the 80's and 90's. The coffee was very good too. Can't wait to have my family try this place.
